Votre Rôle, vos Responsabilités
Pour l’un de nos clients grands comptes, nous recherchons un Ingénieur poste de travail (H/F) en mode projet.
A ce titre, votre fonction consistera à :
- Assurer la gestion et l’organisation des activités de l’équipe (planning, répartition de la charge, tâches …)
- Participer aux réunions projets
- Prendre en charge la gestion de projet poste de travail en assurant entre autre le suivi des actions, du planning et des livrables attendus
- Coordonner les évolutions du poste de travail
- Etre l’interlocuteur privilégié des principaux éditeurs et constructeurs
- Assurer un rôle de support de dernier niveau si nécessaire.
Parlons de votre Profil !
- Formation supérieure en Informatique
- Expérience significative d’au moins 3 ans en tant qu'Ingénieur poste de travail en environnement grand compte (plus de 2000 postes)
- Solides compétences en ingénierie « poste de travail » et plus particulièrement sur les solutions de déploiement poste de travail
- Maitrise également de la recette, de l’intégration et du packaging des applications
- Connaissances du travail en mode projet
- Connaissances sur les environnements et technologies suivantes : Windows 2003/2008, Citrix, SMS/SCCM, Installshield/WYSE, Active directory
- Rigoureux (se), organisé(e) et méthodique
- Qualités managériales reconnues
- Sens du relationnel, du service client et des responsabilités très prononcé
