Privacy Policy

Synchrone is committed to a program of respect for the privacy of the people with whom it is in contact (customers, partners, suppliers ...). This policy is intended to inform you of the conditions under which we collect your personal data and how it is used and protected.

The controller of your data is the company Synchrone, whose headquarters are located at 405 Avenue Galilee 13799 Aix en Provence.

What personal data are involved?

The personal information collected is the personal data that you give us (name, surname, function, email address, phone) when you contact us through one of our forms (subscription to our news, contact request, request for information, participation in a webinar, request to send a white paper).
They also concern connection data (cookies).

How do we protect your data?

Only you, the Synchrone Process Manager and its internal departments are in charge of the processing of this information.

Synchrone is ISO 27001: 2013 certified. This certification is the international reference standard that audits the WSIS (Information Security Management System) of a Company / Group. It confirms that the processes and security controls implemented internally meet the highest and strictest standards of Information Security.

In accordance with the framework of the RGPD, Synchrone undertakes to respect the confidential nature of the personal information provided by each visitor of the Site in accordance with the Principles of Protection of Personal Data that govern the actions of Synchrone:

Your data is used by Synchrone to manage our relationships, respond to your requests and let you know about our services. The purpose of our treatments is to manage relations with our prospects, customers, suppliers, partners, candidates…

The foundations of our treatments are consent and legitimate interest.
The shelf life of your data is 3 years from the last exchange with Synchrone.

The use of partner services to organize certain requests (including participation in a Webinar and the sending of a White Paper) is likely to lead to data exchanges with our partners.
