Only you, the Synchrone controller, and its internal departments are in charge of processing this information, they are in no way shared with third parties.

The reception « reception of applications » process
The purpose of this treatment is to propose / apply for Synchrone
The legal basis of the processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures regarding the submission of applications, and the legitimate interest in connection data related to your user account.
The retention duration of your data is three years, if no exchange has been made with Synchrone.
You maintain control of your data, through a secure personal area, which allows you to modify, update, delete your data as you want.
The « recruitment management » treatment
The purpose of this treatment is to allow the management of your data to achieve a recruitment related to our job opportunities.
The legal basis of the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures regarding the data related to your application file.
The retention duration of your data corresponds to the time required to carry out the services of Synchrone for which you entrusted us with your data.
Here again you maintain control of your data, through a secure personal area, which allows you to modify, update, delete your data as you want.

If the treatment you wish to oppose is necessary to the recruitment process, the exercise of this right could prevent access to our employment opportunities.
Right to erasure : You can ask Synchrone to erase data concerning you, if it turns out that they are no longer necessary for the purpose of the treatment, if you withdraw your consent or if you oppose the treatment as indicated above. This right does not apply if Synchrone has a legal obligation to retain the data or if it is necessary for the finding, exercise or defense of rights in court.
