You manage and monitor progress (schedules, deliverables, action plans, decisions, risks); (staffing, plan and escalation curve) and budgets (support for the hiring process, tracking of variances, tracking of consumptions, tracking of RAFs, tracking of the FAE, measurement of confirmed progress).

You also contribute to the optimisation of standardisation and industrialisation of project management activities. In this respect, your role also consists in applying the standards, principles and support materials defined in the reference kit of convergence steering practices within your remit.

You accompany and support project managers on a day-to-day basis, while facilitating exchanges between the various stakeholders involved in project management.

You ensure the production of dashboards and report on the status of projects.
